Application

This multi-lane ice pop packing machine is specially designed for liquid ice tubes, freezer pops, and flavored ice stick products. It supports multiple flavors filling, high-speed production, and customizable sachet width and bag length adjustment for different product sizes.

The machine is ideal for packaging fruit juice ice pops, yogurt ice tubes, flavored drinks, jelly liquids, and other frozen liquid snacks. With servo control and precise filling, it ensures stable sealing and accurate volume in every stick pack.

● The servo clamping film, film pulling system and color code control system can be automatically adjusted through the touch screen, and the operation of deviation correction and incision deviation correction is simple;

● It can be packed 4-12 lines according to the width of the bag. The machine can be connected to the subsequent dosing line and the automatic cartoning machine to achieve the packing and cartoning automation production line.
